Eulophia Speciosa - Yellow ground orchid. Also found in the grassland on the landward side of the dunes. Flowers in November and December. Unfortunately, in the East London municipal area that grassland has become suburban housing and the Habenaria and Eulophia orchids have become scarce. Fortunately there is still a population of Eulophia speciosa hidden in the dunes near Bonza Bay and annually provide the floral treat shown here.
